Prochem Pro Spotter) is a professional-grade, water-based neutral spotting agent designed to quickly remove common household and commercial spots and spills from carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Because it features a neutral pH formula, it is safe to use on delicate natural fibers (such as wool) and synthetic, stain-resistant carpets without damaging the fabric or stripping away protective coatings.

Application Instructions

1. Scrape & Blot: Remove any semi-solid residue from the spill. Blot up excess liquid using a clean, dry, white microfiber towel.
2. Pre-Test: Always apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area first to check for fabric shrinkage or colour bleeding.
3. Apply: Spray or apply Prochem Pro Spotter directly to the stain. Avoid over-saturating the carpet backing.
4. Agitate & Dwell: Gently agitate the solution from the outside of the stain toward the center using a carpet brush or clean cloth. Let it dwell for 2 to 5 minutes.
5. Blot or Extract: Blot the spot with a clean towel to lift the stain, or flush and extract it completely using hot water or an extraction machine.
