TMF Rob’s Solvent Sealer (1 Gallon) is a ready-to-use (RTU), “no-haze” solvent-based impregnating sealer designed to provide premium spill and soil protection for both hard and soft surfaces. After an extensive year of testing and UV-exposure validation, it functions without altering the original texture, look, or breathability of the material.

Application Instructions

• For Soft Surfaces: Pour the product directly into a pump-up sprayer. Spray evenly at a distance of 6 to 10 inches from the fabric. Allow at least 2 hours of dry time before using the surface.
• For Hard Surfaces: Spray evenly across tile and grout using a pump sprayer from 6 to 10 inches away, then follow behind with a flat microfiber mop to distribute it evenly and lift any excess pooling. Always use in well-ventilated spaces.
• Pro-Tip For Low Odor: Avoid pumping the sprayer heavily or using a fine mist setting. Atomizing the solvent into a fine mist significantly amplifies the smell. Instead, keep the sprayer pressure low (pump it only once or twice) and stream it directly into grout lines.
