Parall Par-Seal Floor Sealant is a high-penetration, acrylic emulsion base coat designed to seal porous floors and create a defensive film resistant to acids and alkalis. It is highly regarded for its deep-bonding adhesion and its ability to deliver a higher shine with fewer top-coat finish layers.
Floor Types & Compatibility

Par-Seal is engineered for heavy-duty commercial and industrial use on multiple hard surfaces:
- Resilient Floors: Commercial vinyl tile (VCT) and commercial linoleum.
- Hard Floors: Concrete, cement, and terrazzo.
Application Instructions

Proper surface preparation is mandatory before applying the sealant to prevent peeling or cloudiness.

[Strip/Clean & Degrease] ➔ [Rinse Thoroughly] ➔ [Neutralize Surface] ➔ [Apply 1-2 Coats]

For Commercial Tile & Linoleum
1. Prep: Strip all old wax/finish, rinse completely with clean water, and neutralize the surface.
2. Apply: Put down 1 or 2 coats maximum. Do not overapply.
3. Dry: Allow 30 to 60 minutes of drying time between applications.
4. Finish: Apply your final sacrificial floor finish—such as the high-traffic thermopolymer Parall Equinox Floor Finish—directly over the cured sealer.
For Concrete & Terrazzo
1. Prep: Clean, degrease, and neutralize the raw surface.
2. Dry: Ensure the concrete substrate is completely, 100% dry before beginning. Moisture trapped beneath acrylic will cause hazing.
3. Apply: Roll or apply the first and second coats evenly, ensuring no thick puddles collect.
